All rates are for accommodation including breakfast for the maximum occupancy indicated.

Minimum stay is 3 nights in peak season. If booking more than 4 rooms minimum stay is 3 nights at any time.
Rooms will be ready for occupation by 3pm on the day of arrival and must vacated by 11am on the day of departure.
Airport transfers from Marrakech/Agadir from £120 for a couple and £135 for a family of 4 people each way.
Deposit of 25% to confirm a booking. Balance to be paid 30 days before arrival.
Extras/breakages will be paid on departure. Extras include meals and spa treatments.
Cancellations fees prior to arrival as percentage of total booking. 90+ days 0%, 90-30 days 25%, 30-0 days 100%.
All prices based on 2 people sharing a room.
Additional bed in room at £50/€60 per night including breakfast.

Pets are not permitted in the rooms or public spaces at Kasbah d’Eau

Kasbah d'Eau

Kasbah d'Eau is in the village of Sidi Kaouki, 10 miles (16km) south of Essaouira, one of the prettiest towns in Morocco, with its ramparts and medina full of traditional shops, great bars and wonderful restaurants. The beach is the main attraction with surfing, windsurfing and kitesurfing for the adrenalin junkies, horseback and camel rides to explore the area, and quadbike tours to get into the dunes and down the coast. It is also a place beloved by runners and walkers - the immediate beach is 1.5 miles (2.5km) in length and then miles more beyond that - even at the busiest times finding calm and solitude is never an issue. Essaouira is a 25-minute taxi ride away (around £10/€12 each way) and it is easy to pop in for an afternoon shopping in the medina, or an evening in one of the wonderful restaurants. Essaouira's international airport is 15 minutes away, and Marrakech is 3 hours by taxi (or bus from Essaouira) for connections all over the world.
